Even if they didn't contract Herpes as a result of their sexual contact with the star, they believe he was legally obligated to share his diagnosis with them prior to any bedroom shenanigans. But her lawyer thinks she may have a legal argument to make against Usher for his lack of STD-related honesty and the dangerous situation he knowingly placed Sharpton in.
